We are looking for a Computer Science student for a summer position to support the introduction of AI tools and automation into our workflows and assist with the preparation of certification submissions in conjunction with a senior colleague.

This is a great opportunity for an undergraduate or postgraduate student interested in practical AI applications, process improvement, and business operations.

Role Overview:

• Part-time summer role, 3 days per week, office-based
• Assist in identifying areas where AI can improve internal workflows
• Research and test AI tools that can support daily operations and integrate with current software
• Help implement simple automations and process improvements
• Work with the team to streamline administrative and operational tasks
• Asist to prepare ISO submissions and the renewal of annual cyber security accreditations

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and practical tech solutions
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to suggest practical improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas clearly
• Experience with AI tools, scripting, or workflow automation is an advantage
