What We're Looking For: We are seeking for an experienced Front of Shop Over-the-Counter Assistant who shares our commitment to exceptional customer service and community engagement. 

• OTC experience is essential (Minimum of 2-3 years' experience required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• A bright, enthusiastic and positive outlook on how you do your job.
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service.

Preferred Skills: It is desirable that the candidate has completed a Pharmacy Assistant course such as the IPU MCA course, or a similar course.
