What We're Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Over the Counter Assistant who shares our commitment to exceptional customer service and community engagement. 

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an OTC (Over-the-Counter) role is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A bright, enthusiastic, and positive attitude toward your work
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Skills: It is desirable that the candidate has completed a Pharmacy Assistant course such as the IPU MCA course, or a similar course.
