This means that we’ll take all reasonable steps to manage our operations so that we minimise our environmental impact and promote good practice. This includes improving our energy efficiency, minimising packaging and reducing water usage, waste disposal and air emissions.

We conduct our business relationships with integrity and courtesy, and honour our trading commitments. We aim to build long-term relationships with suppliers, including nurturing and supporting smaller suppliers. We also support Irish manufacturers, producers and suppliers where we can. We are committed to dealing fairly with our suppliers and selling responsibly sourced, quality products. We only stock products which have evidence based in effectiveness.

We build relationships with our customers and local communities. We encourage employees to consider the needs of others and involve themselves in making a real and practical difference to the communities where we do business.
